2008 Silver Trumpet Award - EcoModa - The Sustainable Fashion Showcase
Client: Foresight Design Initiative

Terracom's viral web campaign and diverse print and broadcast placements helped Foresight drive attendance to its annual Sustainable Convergence, which featured eco-fashions, and build brand awareness among new audiences. To help garner media attention, Terracom initiated and led an effort to develop a memorable name for the fashion event.

2007 Golden Trumpet Award - Following Nature's Lead
Client: WRD Environmental
After arranging for WRD Environmental to present two sessions at an annual statewide conference for parks professionals, Terracom wrote and placed a feature article, bylined by WRD's president, in the Illinois parks magazine. The article was timed to immediately precede the conference and featured an ecological approach to stormwater management. In this integrated strategy, return on investment included being able to use material from the article in one of WRD's conference presentations.

2006 Silver Trumpet Award - Along the Canal
Clients: Canal Corridor Association and
Heritage Corridor Convention & Visitors Bureau

It started with a call from a features editor. It ended with 31 weekly columns spanning seven months in a Chicago-area daily. The Joliet Herald News invited Terracom to write the features, which placed Canal Corridor Association (CCA) and the Heritage Corridor Convention & Visitors Bureau (HCCVB) before 41,000 readers in a key demographic each week.
